Achari Paneer Tikka

Paneer marinated in mustard-spiced yogurt and grilled.

Ingredients

  • 250g paneer cubes
  • ½ cup thick yogurt
  • 2 tbsp achari masala
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Mix yogurt, achari masala, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and mustard oil into a marinade.
  2. Coat paneer cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill or bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until charred at the edges.
