Classic Aloo Paratha
Wood Pressed Groundnut Oil
Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
4 tbsp groundnut oil (for cooking)
Salt to taste
Steps
Dough:
Knead flour with water and 1 tsp oil into a soft dough. Rest 20 minutes.
Filling:
Mix mashed potatoes with chilies, cumin, coriander, and salt.
Stuff & Roll:
Divide dough into balls, stuff with filling, and roll into parathas.
Cook:
Heat tawa, drizzle with groundnut oil, cook until golden and crisp on both sides.
Serve:
With yogurt or pickle.
