Light Mustard Fish Tawa Fry

Pan-fried fish with mild yellow mustard oil.

Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard oil
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges

Steps

  1. Season fish with turmeric, chili, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shallow fry in yellow mustard oil for 3–4 minutes each side until golden.
  3. Serve with lemon wedges.
