Sesame Noodles

Noodles tossed with sesame oil and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 150g wheat noodles, boiled
  • 2 tbsp white sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Toss Noodles: While noodles are warm, drizzle sesame oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Flavor Base: Mix soy sauce, chili flakes, and garlic. Toss with noodles.
  3. Finish: Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Serve warm or chilled.
