Sesame Spinach Salad

Blanched spinach with sesame oil dressing.

Ingredients

  • 200g spinach leaves, blanched
  • 2 tbsp white sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, lightly crushed

Steps

  1. Blanch Spinach: Boil spinach for 30 seconds, then cool in ice water. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Prepare Dressing: Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and crushed sesame seeds.
  3. Combine: Toss spinach in dressing and serve chilled.
