Ingredients
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
2 tbsp groundnut oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt & pepper to taste
Steps
Heat Oil:
In wok, heat groundnut oil until smoking lightly.
Stir-Fry:
Add ginger-garlic, followed by vegetables. Toss on high heat for 3–4 minutes.
Finish:
Add soy sauce, season, and serve hot.
