Stir-Fried Vegetables

Crisp vegetables tossed in groundnut oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Heat Oil: In wok, heat groundnut oil until smoking lightly.
  2. Stir-Fry: Add ginger-garlic, followed by vegetables. Toss on high heat for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Finish: Add soy sauce, season, and serve hot.
